Resolved Question: Remote cabin rentals in Montana?
So after 14 long months my husband will be home from deployment. I am planning a little getaway for us in our new ‘home state’ of Montana. I have a very clear image of what I want: a beautiful remote cabin rental near a lake with my husband and dog, but no idea of how to go about finding that. Every time I have googled cabin rentals it comes up with a whole bunch of ’ski’ style rentals with a whole bunch of cabins all together that do not allow dogs or if do allow dogs they must be kenneled or leashed… this is not what I want. Does anyone know how I would go about finding the cabin rental of my dreams? I don’t expect the cabin to be spectacular but cozy and nice and allows dogs… I don’t plan to be there until July but I would like to put a deposit down to secure a place or at least get a reservation..
Thanks for your answer. I looked into that via the park service but most of them do not allow animals. We have all been apart so long now I don’t want to leave anyone – even the dog – behind! Who knew it would be this hard!

Resolved Question: springfiled, illinois vacation home rentals?
I have family in St Louis, Mo area, Dixon, IL area and we are in the Chicago area. We are looking for a mid point to meet and hang out for the weekend. Last year we hotel’d it but that was difficult as we have 14 adult and 10 kids ( ranging from 2-14).
A few years ago , my parents rented a house in Galena Illinois that was like 7 BR and 5 Baths and it as awesome for us.
Is there anything like that in he Springfield area? I have googled and looked at a few rental property sites with no luck. I figure with all the attractions and the lake there…..there might be something…..any help!
we would even do ajoining condos or houses right next door to each other. Ideally an indor waerpark would be grea but I don’t think that is an opion in hat area!

Short sales are becoming much more frequent in the United States, mainly because they are an alternative to foreclosure. Homeowners who are facing foreclosure are looking for ways to keep from damaging their credit, and a short sale does just that. Quite basically, a short sale is when the lender agrees to accept an amount less than what is owed on the property loan. It is important to understand that not all lenders will accept a short sale. In this article, you will learn some information about short sales and how to deal with the process.

If you are considering a short sale, you should first call the lender that is holding your mortgage loan. You need to specify that you need to speak only to someone who handles the short sales for the company. Be prepared to be put on hold, transferred, and even disconnected a ton of times before you get to the right person. You may even have to explain what a short sale is to the person on the other end. You do not want the general department either. You should ask to speak directly to the supervisor of the short sales department.

Your next step is to send in a written letter of authorization. This will give the lending company written permission to disclose any pertinent information to the parties that request it. You should include your name, address, the date, and account number. You should also have the document notarized, just to be on the safe side. Make a copy for yourself.

Short sales can be a headache, not just for you, but for the real estate agents as well. There will be tons on paperwork and records that you will need to fill out and send in, but just keep in mind that lenders tend to look at short sales as a way for them to lose money so they will be rather demanding.

I’m from New York and live in Atlanta now. I love hockey but think it’s sacreligious to have hockey in the southern states where nobody gives a crap unless their home team is a championship contender. Hockey in Florida? Tennessee? Arizona? Georgia? Texas? Southern Cal? Give me a break!

I vote to move the following southern teams back to the northern USA and Canada.

1. Phoenix – back to Winnipeg where they belong
2. Carolina – back to Hartford where they belong
3. Nashville
4. Atlanta
5. Tampa Bay
6. Miami
7. Anaheim
8. Los Angeles
9. Dallas

Aside from Winnipeg and Hartford getting the teams back that they lost, I think the following cities are deserving based on a decent market, northern location and support of college / minor league hockey teams:

USA – Seattle, Salt Lake City, Bismarck – ND, Portland

To answer Lufbery: The Florida Panther play in the Miami area. No one cares there either.
Just to answer a few suggestions. I agree that many are smaller markets and may not work. This suggestion was basically on principle (that southern teams should not have hockey), not entirely on market size.

Winnipeg will be getting a team soon though. It’s being discussed in the NHL right now.

Atlanta is in financial trouble right now as well as several of the southern teams I mentioned.

Florida Panthers do play in Sunrise but it’s the Miami area.

San Jose is not Southern Cal. It’s actually in the SF-Oak Bay area.

Resolved Question: Obama and the Georgia floods!?
Ok tell me what you think about this.
Rewind to 2006, remember hurricane Katrina?
Remember when Bush didn’t send help soon enough and all hell broke loose and everyone was saying he was a horrible president? And who every the hell that stupid black actor or singer that said he hated black people! Do you remember all that?
Ok i live in Georgia and i don’t know if you all have heard about all the flooding,everyone is loosing there homes all of our lakes are flooded,were running out of clean water,all of our roads are blocked,flooded and literally breaking and causing holes in the ground and about 6 people have died. And the whole time this is going on i’m thinking were the fuck is Obama?!
Really I mean for gods sake people thought it was sooooo terrible that Bush didn’t send people soon enough to the poor poor victims of Katerina.. but the people in Georgia means nothing, Obama hasn’t even brought it up! Were in a terrible situation and you don’t see all mighty Obama coming to our rescue do you?

Resolved Question: Am i good at writing?
Hi! Am i a good writer? Im going to post 3 of my storys below :)

The introduction

On a sunday sunny morning six children were packed and sent to camp. Holiday Camp. They could hardly contain there excitment, well at least some of them.
There was sammy, a quiet 11 year old, kane, a funny 11 year old, gabe, the jokster 11 year old, georgia, the sensitive 13 year old, joel, the fit 12 year old and domi the other fit 12 year old. Domi and joel were twins. They both had shoulder lenth brown silky hair and blue dreamy eyes. Sammy had long dark blonde hair with misty hazel eyes. Kane had shoulder lenth brown hair with chocolate colored eyes. Georgia had a short bob cut blode hair with big blue eyes while gabe had shoulder lenth blonde hair with hazy green eyes. They took a big red bus, a double decker even though there was only six of them. None of them knew each other… well except for the twins.

Chapter one
“The meeting”

“I’m going on the top!” Kane yelled and raced towards the stairs.
“Nah! I’ll bet you there!” Gabe shouted back, trailing on behind him. Sammy sighed and rolled her eyes at domi, domi gave a small giggle.
“You boys!” She called to them “will get kicked off the bus soon! And you left your bags!”
Sammy hauled her own bag towards the stairs, scarely missing gabe and kane as they ran past her.
“Ai watch it!” She screamed.
“Sorry!” They muttered grabbing there bags, georgia, domi and joel pushed there bags under a seat on the lower deck and began to talk in a small whisper.
Sammy stared at them for a second, then hauled her bag up the rest of the way up the stairs and slumped on the nearest seat. Kane flung him down beside her and gabe beside kane.
“Im kane” Kane said.
“Im gabe” Gabe said.
Sammy giggled “it sounds as if your copying him!” she replied “Im sammy!”
Kane frowned at her, he didn’t like the idea of being copied. But gabe just grinned cheekily. The bus began to drive and they all got jolted forward, banging there heads on the seats infront of them, inbetween groans of pain they started laughing. Instantly they knew they were friends. When they reached the camp they ‘Ooh’ed and ‘Aah’ed at the wonderful sight. There were millions of trees and a big sparkly lakes streetching across half the landscape.
“Its beautiful” sammy mumbled under her breath, the boys nodded in agreement.
The bus stopped and they grabbed their bags and paced down the steps as fast as they could to get a closer look at there new home for a month. Yep a month.

Chapter Two
“Their New Home”

Domi, Georgia and Joel were already down and getting meeted by a older boy that looked about 17. He noticed sammy gabe and kane and bounced over.
“Hello!” He said in an annoying cheery voice “Tims the name! I’m your camp instructor!”
Sammy and gabe exchanged glances of doubt. This teenager their camp INSTRUCTOR?
“Hullo!” Sammy kane and gabe muttered uncertainly. They dodged past him and made there way over to the others. Who they still didnt know.
“Im sammy” sammy said quickly
“Kane” kane said.
“Gabe” gabe said.
“Im domi and thats joel” Domi explained pointing to her twin brother.
“Im georgia!” Georgia said in a some what bubbly voice “But people call me georgi”
Tim came over and gabes face turned to horror as he put a hand on his shoulder.
“Okay! Cabin time!” Tim said in his yet again annoyingly cheery voice “The cabins are – Cabin 1 : Sammy and Georgia!”
Sammy smiled at georgia.
” Cabin 2 ” Tim continued “Is Domi and Joel! Sorry about it being a girl and a boy but well i thought maybe you two wanted to stay together!”
Domi and Joel smiled and linked arms.
” And finally!” Tim continued again “Cabin 3 : Kane and Gabe!”
Kane looked at gabe and smiled, gabe who was still being held onto by Tim did not smile back, he looked as if in pain by tims grip.
“Sha’ll we go to our new cabins then?” Sammy said quickly, trying to get tim away from gabe.
“Oh, yes!” Tim said with a stupidly huge grin on his face. He let go of gabe and bounced of to the instructor cabin.
“Hes such a geek!” kane whispered to them when he was gone “i mean honestly!!”
We all burst out laughing and headed to the three small cabins, they were fairly close to the trees and right near the lake, which looked even prettier up close.
“its just so magnificent!” georgia exclaimed, saying what they were all thinking.
Everyone nodded furiously in agreement. While the others dragged there bags to the cabins sammy sat on the sandy floor and stared at the cristel clear lake. Kane came out of his cabin and saw her staring, looking in her direction he felt as if he was glued down to where he was, the beauty of the lake over whelmed him.
Sammy as if suddenly noticing kane was there quickly scrabled to her feet and pulled her bag to her cabin, kane looked at her, shocked by her movement.
When she got into the cabin she gasped in horror. It was PINK!
“Eww!” She said in utter disguist, pink was her lest favourite color. Georgia on the

“Eww?” she said in shock “Dont you mean PRETTY?”
